All Sales Final.

We cannot accept jewelry back to return or exchange once it leaves our studio.

If you have any questions regarding sizing or extras your piece may need, please contact us before placing your order. 

All of our products do come with a manufacturer guarantee against any defects and you may send your item for repair only - not replacement. If you have damaged or broken your jewelry through negligence or mishandling (including installation or removal without piercer assistance) the guarantee may not apply.

If you need help removing jewelry, please contact us without attempting to do so on your own. Although our jewelry is extremely well made, mishandling or improper adjustment can result in damage that we are not responsible for. Jewelry damaged through improper care is not eligible for a refund.

We do not replace lost or stolen jewelry. Consider purchasing a private insurance policy to cover your jewelry in the event of a lost, stolen, or damaged piece that is not covered by the manufacturer's lifetime guarantee against defects.
