With proper aftercare, septum piercings can take 4 to 6 months to fully heal.
The correct placement for this piercing is not to pierce the cartilage of your septum, but instead to go through the softer tissue spot right at the end - the "sweet spot."
We carry simple circular barbells, clickers, hinge rings, and seam rings to help achieve the look you'll love. Once an initial septum piercing has healed, you can talk with your piercer about potentially stacking/stretching your septum piercing to achieve a more complex look.
During your piercing appointment, your piercer will evaluate your anatomy to determine the most appropriate style of jewelry or piercing for you.
