Clients with one or more no-call/no-show appointments are subject to additional non-refundable appointment fees for future bookings.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please respond to one of the confirmation emails or text messages as soon as you can.
First No-Call/No-Show:
Message (via text or email) advising of studio policy with reminder that future no-call/no-show bookings will result in a loss of access to non-deposit appointment types.
Second No-Call/No-Show:
Message (either text or email) advising a $20 deposit is now required for all appointment types, subject to refund only if rescheduled directly with our studio or applied toward the cost of jewelry purchased.
Third No-Call/No-Show:
Email advising online appointment scheduling is no longer available. Appointments can be scheduled directly via email & digital invoice with the studio. Option to schedule face to face with a cash deposit is also available. Fees are non-refundable/transferable.
Client appointments scheduled with a new email address after their third no-call/no-show will be cancelled.
Owner reserves the right to adjust this policy at their discretion, as well as implement future non-refundable fees.
All Sales Final. We cannot accept jewelry back to return or exchange once it leaves our studio due to transferrable biomes and client health/safety.
If you have any questions regarding sizing or extras your piece may need, please contact us before placing your order.
All of our products include a manufacturer guarantee against any defects and you may send your item for repair only - not replacement. If you have damaged or broken your jewelry through negligence or mishandling (including installation or removal without piercer assistance) the guarantee may not apply.
If you need help removing jewelry, please contact us without attempting to do so on your own. Although our jewelry is extremely well made, mishandling or improper adjustment can result in damage that we are not responsible for. Jewelry damaged through improper care is not eligible for a refund.
Lost Jewelry
The warranty against manufacturer defects does not cover lost or stolen jewelry. Once jewelry has left the studio, we do not offer replacements. For added protection, you may want to explore private jewelry insurance, which can cover potential future loss depending on the value of your pieces.
Only defects are covered by the manufacturer's repair policy. Jewelry with clear damage from force or user error may be fixable but the client is responsible for the cost of the repairs. The manufacturer will determine if the repair is covered by their guarantee policy.
For repairs needed on jewelry purchased inside the contiguous United States, clients will cover the cost of return shipping to send the jewelry back to our studio. Do not send jewelry back without pre-approval, as we will send you an invoice and shipping label with tracking.
We will cover the cost of sending the jewelry to the manufacturer for repair. Once the repaired jewelry is received in studio, we will charge a flat rate fee of $15 shipping including insurance to ship the jewelry back to the client.
For repairs needed on jewelry purchased outside of the contiguous United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), clients will need to cover the cost of return shipping to send the jewelry back to our studio.
We will cover the cost of sending the jewelry to the manufacturer for repair. Once the repaired jewelry is received in studio, we will charge a flat rate fee of $35 shipping including insurance to ship the jewelry back to the client.
We ship orders within 24-48 hours unless there is an issue due to sizing or any extras needed in the order.
We ship primarily through UPS (DHL internationally). A tracking number is sent to the customer once the item label is created, where you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Timeframes listed are estimates. For international shipping, please ensure your contact information is accurate and that you are aware of customs/import requirements in your country. If you have concerns, please contact us prior to ordering, as we do not offer refunds.

The Program is open to all members purchasing in good faith at AgaveinBloom.com. Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Company reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions.
Company's Right to Change/Cancel Program
Company may alter, limit, modify or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other feature of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its sole and absolute discretion at any time and in any manner without notice. Your continued participation in the Program will confirm your acceptance of such changes, which is inferred by your continued use of the Company website. Loyalty points are non-transferrable and are not able to be traded in. Points have no cash value.
